Summary: These days, with all the examples of false rape allegations it's important to be smart and guard yourself against it happening to you.

Why they falsely accuse

A few of the more popular reasons:

  • To cover up infidelity.
  • Because they regret it.
  • She was caught in a sexual act that would damage her reputation.
  • She doesn’t want to be called a slut.
  • To blackmail for money.
  • To get rid of someone at their workplace.
  • To ruin someone’s public reputation.
  • Revenge.
  • To gain sympathy on Facebook.

And, because it’s easy! The justice system usually rules in their favour.

Preemptive measures for one-night stands (aka playing with fire)

You're wise to avoid her:

  1. If she’s drunk or on drugs, NEXT.
  2. If you get any red flags that she’s not mentally stable, NEXT.
  3. If she speaks of being raped or sexually harassed before, NEXT.
  4. If you work with her and especially if you are her superior, NEXT.

Once the ball’s in play

The primary goal is to have evidence that proves the sex was consensual should she decide to change her mind after the fact. The secondary goal is to quell her desire to accuse you falsely.

  1. Record: Always covertly record the first few sex encounters (if more than 1) with your phone's audio recorder. “Put your phone on silent” and place it facedown next to the bed. Also, to be extra safe, include in your dirty talk some acknowledge from her that she wants it.
  2. Backup: Save your chat logs & recordings somewhere private and safe regularly. They may come in handy as evidence later.
  3. Be decent: After a one-night stand, don't just kick her out. If possible, take her for breakfast. Don't just pump & dump her because it increases the probability of negative feelings and revenge. Plus, what kind of victim has breakfast with their "attacker" the next morning?
  4. Be decent 2: If breakfast isn’t an option, text her the next morning with a question that’ll elicit a reply that the sex was consensual. Such as “What position did you enjoy most last night?” or “Let’s do it again sometime?” (Thanks DouglasPR).
  5. Be discreet: Don’t brag about banging her and don’t give details to others. If you do, you’re asking for a rape accusation so she can deny any social stigma (Thanks Auvergnat).
  6. Break-up politely: Not so important because if you’ve been spinning her a while there’s less risk, but when you’re done with the relationship, let her down easy. Don’t ghost her. Use some bullshit reason that gives her some closure to the relationship.

If the worst happens

NEVER admit anything, never apologise (it's an admission of guilt. Thanks MattyAnon), in fact, don’t say a word. This goes for any legal accusation in your life. Immediately, consult a lawyer.

Stay safe out there! SlaveToSelf-Made
