Summary: Every man is a man, and some of us have better genetics than others. Testosterone is the number 1 reason you could possibly be depressed, have low energy, and can be a huge barrier to your success in life.

My story While listening to feminist propaganda for most of my life, there was always one simple stickler in my brain. Hormones shape who you are, what you think, and how you act. Everytime I heard that life is only full of social constructs, I kept thinking "Yeah well what about testosterone."

I was depressed all my life. I can't think of a single time in my life that I was happy, or even knew what happiness was. You get told all your life by everyone what they think your problem is. I was even suicidal at certain parts. AND I HAD NO IDEA WHY. I had tried everything the therapists could prescribe. Effexor, Zoloft, Prozac...none of it worked.

My dick stopped working as well. I had no problems in my later teen years and early 20's...but mid 20's I started having whiskey dick without the whiskey...That made things even worse, because I couldn't relax, I couldn't get blood to flow down there, and I was always freaking out when I took my clothes off.

Another sign is that I don't grow hair anywhere but my balls, legs, and head. I have almost no arm pit hair and I'm a silk sheet on my back and chest. No happy trail either.

I got tested for Low-T finally when I saw some commercial about viagra. A man that scientists think has normal levels of testosterone is somewhere around 600-1200 ng/dl, depending on the time of day you took the blood. You will have your highest levels of testosterone in the morning. Mine was a 197. My dad's was 94.

If you're a man and have been having serious low energy and depression issues, get a blood test done in the morning. It can't hurt, could it?

Now that I'm on testosterone injections, I have all the energy in the world. I hit the gym everyday with excitement. I go to work ready to make my coworkers look like lazy bitches. All thoughts of suicide are gone. I still have negativity issues, but that happens after a decade of thinking you are less of a man.

One thing that has helped but isn't fully repaired is my sex hormone, which is still low. I am way better at getting it up now, but I still struggle. I become a sex god when I take viagra though.

Viagra

Lets talk about the blue pill. First off, I never tell anyone I use it, ever. I've been called all kinds of names, specifically that I'm not a real man. Nothing I can change about genetics.

Repeated use of Viagra breaks down a specific protein that your penis uses to get hard. You really don't need to worry about this unless you're a porn star or overdosing. I use viagra about once a week, and I'm in no danger.

The thing about viagra is that it just makes it easy to get hard. It doesn't give me a hardon. I still have to do that. I still have to get over my complexes and relax. Thinking you ain't gonna get hard definitely leads to not getting hard. Tensing up leads to no blood flow.

Be careful with low blood pressure, which is something I also have. I take 50 mg of viagra when I'm pretty sure things are gonna go down in under an hour. If I take more than that, my heart goes crazy and I DEFINITELY don't get no blood flow down there. And now I'm having a panic attack.

Don't masterbate. This is the biggest thing that has helped me soooo much. I used to listen to advice to rub one out before meeting up with a girl...that's the last thing you want to do with Low-T. If you were like me, you would masterbate twice a day and be done with it. After not masterbating, you will have a ridiculous libido, and a drive and aggression that turns women on.

Work out as much as possible without injuring yourself. You will have leaps and bounds in gains. My body transformed seemingly overnight as soon as I started injections up, where it would take months to see any difference before.

Your body is a temple. Listen to it. Learn when it is out of whack, and there's no shame in admitting you're not a perfect genetic specimen of a man.

Edit:

Hey thanks guys for all the information. I feel like I learned a shit ton on hormones over this past day. Hormones are some of biggest reason to your success as a person. Even women need estrogen. I really think this is a topic that needs to be reposted often for high awareness in this sub. Especially with how society's mindset that testosterone is evil, there is so much misinformaction out there and barely anyone researching.

The end result is every single one of us has different situations on our hormones, and we owe it to ourselves to research and learn as much as possible. Keep lifting and fucking.
