I don't think it would be a stretch to say this is one of the most misunderstood subreddits -- hell, communities -- around. When I first discovered it, I totally fell into the trap of thinking "It's just a big anti-woman circle-jerk", but over time, I started seeing that -- and it's core -- it's a community built around bettering yourself, and filling a void that I think a lot of men feel.

Of course, I apparently still had certain misconceptions. The whole "one-itis" thing and "putting women on a pedestal", I think subconsciously I always viewed that "don't do those things, because it's not 'cool'" or "that's not how alphas act".

The other night I was reflecting on things going on in my life. I've got a full-on crush on this one woman, despite clearly not being into me, and even though I realize it's a problem, I have a hard time shutting it down. Then I thought about this other woman I know -- a friend-of-a-friend situation, also probably not into me -- and thought "Man, how do I keep getting into these situations?".

And then, it just kind of "clicked".

I keep putting myself into these situations.

It's not that these women are leading me on or toying with me; it's that I'm subconsciously telling myself, "I don't have any value and my only hope is to land a girl I already know".

It's all shit that you guys talk about all the time, but it's like listening to a song where you memorize all the lyrics, versus truly understanding the lyrics.

It's like a minor epiphany, where all of a sudden, all this shit makes sense. Like... The focus isn't just "being so attractive that women stop turning you down", but changing your mindset so that you stop hurting yourself.

Because that's exactly what I've been doing; these women didn't cause me to have "one-itis". I've basically been self-sabotaging myself my whole life, without even really realizing it. If a woman is unfortunate enough to enter my orbit, who was single and/or attractive, I'd mentally start thinking "how can I 'get' her?", never realizing that I was basically telling myself I was worthless because I could only ever hope to land a woman if I was "convenient" to her.

Like I said, this might just all be shit you've heard before. But it really felt like kind of a mental breakthrough for me, realizing that all the shit this sub talks about, it really is about bettering yourself. And that also means addressing your own self-destructive habits.

I dunno. Food for thought.

[-] [deleted] 1 Point 7 months ago

Some good food for thought, TRP really’s like that sometimes. Fixing self-destructive habits has been a problem for me for awhile now, and it’s refreshing to find a place that flat-out tells me why.

[-] sebastianconcept 1 Point 7 months ago

Good one. And the vaccine to that is to have many plates. Keep them rolling because even when you think you can’t get passionate about some girl, then, when you least expects, a “princess” might get you hooked

[-] MattyAnon 11 Points 7 months ago

this is one of the most misunderstood subreddits

Intentionally so, yes. It's not a misunderstanding in the sense of "oh, I made a mistake". We are actively targetted with hatespeech in every mainstream writeup. No mainstream article day say "these guys actually have a point".

We go against the narrative, so those that follow it have to be seen to attack us. And they do - with simple but easy to believe lies. The lies are easy to believe : the narrative tells men that men are bad, and then the narrative tells them that this group of men are bad. It's a slam dunk for most people, it certainly doesn't need fact checking or waking up.

Because that's exactly what I've been doing; these women didn't cause me to have "one-itis". I've basically been self-sabotaging myself my whole life, without even really realizing it.

Yes, but it's not really your fault. Men are trained into scarcity and told they're unattractive and not good enough from birth. The "woman is the prize" is endless in our culture.

One thing I wish I saw more on TRP is Pook’s work. Ofc TRP says it right when they say that PUAs are just actors, but I feel like TRP is just a notch above it, many just advocating to act like alphas without feeling and believing they are one.

I feel as if Manual in Lesson Nine by Pook is a great example of what TRP is to many members of this community, treating the information as a holy book rather than a toolbox. Here is the text:

Lesson Nine

Oh, how he wanted success with women! Why did others do so well and he so poorly? All jocks did was breathe and grunt to get chicks, and he did everything possible with no success. Alas, the pangs of desprised love! She was beautiful, wonderful, but only wanted him as a friend. In fact, every girl he held desirous thoughts about thought of him as only a friend or less. It was time for change! Information was the key, he knew. He devoured books, articles, anything at all about the nature of women and creating romantic success.

Then he met a Spanish guy named Manual. Manual said, “Behold, for here is your battleplan: Psychological Maneuvers! You shall learn Neuro-linguistic programming! Now speak like this: “When you HAVE THAT CONNECTION with someone, that WARM, SAFE, and COMFORTABLE feeling RIGHT THERE, then what sometimes can happen is...” With Manual, women became a sum of psychological instruments to be played to his tune.

“Guides! You shall learn and memorize the booklets of Societal Situations with Women.” Now he knew to do this when she did that, to do that when she did this, on and so on. Following Manual’s guides, he met a consistent success. “Ceaseless Information! You shall never have too much information,” commanded Manual. Thus, countless articles, countless posts streamed underneath the young man’s eyes. At the end of the day he was still in front of the computer. “I love you, Manual!” the young man cried. Any problems, any situations, Manual would always have an answer. He would consult with Manual day and night, memorize Manual’s teachings, and worship Manual.

But, oh oh. Something was not going right. He had burned the mantra in his mind, “Thou shall never stay on the phone longer than twenty minutes,” only to break it... with a startling success! Also ingrained was the mantra, “Thou shall never compromise,” and lo and behold! When he broke this rule, he usually crashed and burned. But this time he achieved high flying success. Soon, the rules that had so framed his courtly actions disintegrated.

“Ahh,” he realized. “These guides and rules were a clutch for my lack of confidence. They do, however, work but are overall limited.” Then he smiled. “The rules and guides are the training wheels, the helper out of the nest.” No more shall he be completely dictated by that Spanish guy named Manual! He could now fly and soar on his own. So...

Be not contained by formula.

“If the rules and guides were successful, why would he abandon them?” “Because he realized he was successful not by the rules and guides, but by the approaching and fun mindset the rules and guides demanded.” The young man, as ever, was confused. So Pook, with his seemingly endless magic abilities, summoned up two men. “One of these,” said Pook, “is an actor.” And the three watched the actor become Hercules, Henry V, Hamlet, and every hero with a capital H. But in person, this actor transformed into a wimp. “What happened to the hero!?” wondered the young man.

Then they saw the other man in action. “He is heroic!” marveled the young man. “Indeed,” said the Pook. “One is naturally confident, the other is scripted.” “But what is wrong with the scripted?” “Nothing! But it is critical to realize the purpose of scripts and guides.” “Which is what?”

Pook then took the young man to a place that overlooked two crowds of men. One group kept rushing back and forth to the man on the center pedestal, the Spanish guy named Manual. The other group consulted Manual only here and there, but traveled off in blazing new and fresh paths. “What is the point?”

“It is simple,” Pook declared. “The point of Manual is not to grant you success. If you do, you will forever be under his dictatorship. The entire reason why Manual exists is to not grant you success but illustrate the means of success.”

“Meaning...?” “Meaning that a few people became successful and formed Manual out from the clay of their knowledge. Manual is their automaton, their robot, to consistently answer newbies’ questions. The end goal in seduction, in success, is to make it natural. When it becomes natural, you have no need for Manual and can handle anything women throw at you.”

“Argh!” the young man pulled his hair. “I used to think women were nice and charming, that only bad boys were the problem! This knowledge is shattering every ideal I held about women.”

Pook nodded. “These are but a few of the Harsh Truths: Women would rather share a successful man than be attached to a faithful loser. Many women do not marry for love. Most divorces end up with the guy cherishing the woman but the woman detesting the man. Even for long-term marriage, the Don Juan is the way to go. The ‘innocent, nice girl’ is often the horniest and likely uninnocent. Many women consider your looks, your career, what you can offer them, before your integrity and character. Women are more sexual than men can even dream. Women are not attracted to genius, only strength and imagination Woman’s sole mission is union, either for pleasure or the fruits of children. She cares nothing for your philosophy and all except to either use it to catch interest in a guy or to enthrone herself. Women, in sex, desire to be treated as an object and relish it. Women place value in societal links; how they are thought of. You become her ego.

> You, average male, have been trained to find women at 8+ worthy of attraction – anything else is subtly, subconsciously, a compromise.

Most men want the girl next door, most women want a billionaire, you know why women aim so high, because a drunk chad will fuck a 3 here and there. Or if chad doesn't know his worth he will date a 3 and think he is lucky. The power of perception is amazing but yet us man are suppose to believe whatever bullshit you need to satisfy your own ego.

Most men will happily date a 3 and think they are lucky which is why a fat chic can command 200,300 Muscle bound guys, who are good looking and will buy her whatever she asks. Dating becomes hard when a lot of guys put salt in the game

No, because you are seeking validation from daddy by asking this question.

Application of TRP is being a man and being a man is doing what YOU want to do.

No, because you are seeking validation

I would be seeking validation if I were asking to try and feel good about myself. I already feel good about myself. I'm trying to figure out where the bar is for posters on this sub so I really know what they are talking about when they talk about men who apply RP principles well.

Application of TRP is being a man and being a man is doing what YOU want to do.

This is the difference between "knowing" and internalizing or comprehending things.

TRP is not a misogynist cult, is actually a philosophical framework on sexual strategy and how to better your life as a man...

Hang around, everything you read from all these fuckers, one day will make sense if it doesn't now.

[-] truecrisis 6 Points 7 months ago

TRP is not a misogynist cult

I agree. It is FOR SURE plagued by misogynists though. I get so sick of seeing all the misogyny being upvoted here.

TRP should be more about revelation and less about belittling

[-] [deleted] 103 Points 7 months ago

I'm gonna try to condense some social calculus for you. In my hand, I hold a little pill.

You can guess the color.

First: Here's a brief definition of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Wikipedia lists:

"In the field of psychology, the Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which people of low ability have illusory superiority and mistakenly assess their cognitive ability as greater than it."

This manifests in loads of ways. People underestimate the time it takes them to take to do something. Ninety (90!!!) percent of all drivers think that they are an "above-average driver."

Second: Let's talk about averages. Based on the 300,000 men (AFAIK circa quarantine) that subscribe to this forum, that's enough to create an average distribution of "male quality." So we're gonna have some people here who won't have much success, we'll have some who can pull off the street any day. For all these men, our goal at TRP is to improve their odds, whatever those odds might be.

But know thyself. How do you really stack up? What's your number? Are you a 5 crushing on 7s? How far above your attraction are you shooting?

If you're a "3" right now, TRP still wants to get you to a 5, or a 6, but unless you win the lottery or develop one hell of a Napoleon Complex, you won't achieve enough as a man to ever pick up the 8s and 9s that are the implicit promise of the American Dream (dreams, as you may recall, are by definition a fantasy).

Third: Let's talk about media. If you're a woman, and you want to be an actress, how attractive do you have to be? Media ain't fucking around with averages, here. And media teaches you what to want. That's part of why the goal here – which is technically "become a better man," and realistically also "get laid more" – gets extrapolated to "pull 8+'s off the street with your newfound masculine magnetism." And hey, the Internet told you that you had it in you, right?

To be a woman in any sort of media outlet, you've got to be an 8 or above. Anything lower, and you're comic relief, which is not part of the advertisement to the male fantasy.

You, average male, have been trained to find women at 8+ worthy of attraction – anything else is subtly, subconsciously, a compromise.

But are you yourself 8+ material? Or are you just average? Are you a masculine and attractive figure who entices women, or are you being sold unsupportable crushes by an industry that understands fantasies sell, and realities bum people out?

The likelihood is that by endorsing your own fantasies, you have to engage in some Dunning-Kruger, but the reality in the back of your head is bumming you out because you know your current value, and it's not high enough.

From the standpoint of my industry, by making the average man both savagely hungry for the "feminine essence," or whatever, but also unsatisfied with the results that realistically track based on their true position, you end up making a lot of people unhappy... and unhappy people buy things.

They're also willing to shell out lots of money to satisfy and provide for a woman who does meet their new falsely-elevated standard for attraction.

QED, modern consumption habits were invented by manipulating men whose best bet at a fantasy was Beta Provision.

If you want to break out of that cycle, well –

check out that bar at the right side of your screen.

[-] Jcorb 15 Points 7 months ago

Hmm... lot of stuff there to consider. I can definitely agree that, yeah, I'm not personally at the "value" I want to be (I've been making serious headway the past month, though). But really, that's not a new thought for me.

Really, I think it's more that my whole mindset has just been "off". Which, I definitely knew, but I feel like I understand more how it's been off.

Basically, I've been hinging how I feel about myself on how these women feel about me. So dieting, working out, dressing nicer and taking care of myself -- yeah, it's obviously great if I'm more attractive to them, but the goal should be improving how I feel about myself.

Like I said, I'm sure a lot of guys here are reading this and thinking "Duh", but I just never really understood it before.

[-] [deleted] 15 Points 7 months ago

This is part of the reason that people hold the mantra "compare yourself to who you were yesterday." Measuring progress against yourself rather than others is helpful no matter where you personally fall – lowest of the low or boldest of the bold.

Ultimately, most of us want to increase our status because of how it positions us in the world, not just in relation to our former self. I don't think it's realistic to be solipsistic only in your comparisons.

If you can keep focused only on how you feel about yourself, eventually that will manifest as real, genuine confidence. And that looks good on anybody.

You just have to make sure that confidence stays based on yourself, because if it can be tarnished by someone else's opinion of you, you'll always sink back to feeling bad, because someone will always be above you, better than you (it's a big world).

I was pointing out that the framework of our modern world is meant to make you feel that insecurity by keeping everyone focused on living up to artificial standards.

(Railing against artificial standards is, incidentally, is one of the big things that the feminist movement is right about. But of course, we as men don't want them to be 'right' about it. Why? Because unhealthy pressures increase the number of people that will feel the need to stay in shape, to be active, to dress well, and so on and so on. So it creates better individual humans, at the expense of the group self-esteem.

Meanwhile, movements like 'body positivity' create worse individual humans because of eased pressure on the conscience, but at the benefit of the group self-esteem. That's not necessarily good or bad, but knowing how it all balances is important. If you didn't feel some of those same pressures, you wouldn't be here in the first place.

Note that the feminist movement is ultimately about easing those pressures on women, not men – notably because the 'body positivity' movement manifests as permission for modern sedentary humans to remain in poor physical fitness – you won't find a lot of literature about accepting variance in, say, .... height, or cock size, even though the movement itself preaches 'all bodies are equal, blah blah blah.' But that's just the same as the lie-through-your-teeth mantra of 'size doesn't matter,' which mostly exists to keep 5-inchers and below from killing themselves, or worse, me.

These are not coincidences. Feminism makes aspirational claims to the egalitarian, but then selects from a set of criteria that overwhelmingly benefit one side over the other. The bent of the whole movement, whether you like it or not, alleviates pressures on women and increases pressures on men. One way you could describe it is that the entire gender is unionizing. But clearly that needs to be its own topic.)

[-] Synthetic_Citizen 3 Points 7 months ago

"The bent of the whole movement, whether you like it or not, alleviates pressures on women and increases pressures on men."

This is clear, it goes deeper though. The way I see it, there are three main factors to a males commitment that women covet, that is protection, provision and attention. For most of human evolutionary history women have had to offer something in exchange for male comittment, they also had to work and compete for it.

The female biological imperative at its optimal level would be to acquire and endless supply of male protection provision and attention while offering as little as possible if not nothing in return. If think about it this defines modern feminism to the core. There is a rule here that demands that we watch what people do and ignore what they say, if you look at modern feminism the above is exavtly what they do in action but they say the opposite.

Basically the goal is to make male commitment free and a right of every woman, and to refuse is to be punished for denying women their basic rights.

Trans genders are already campaigning for two things now, to make it a hate crime for heterosexual people to refuse to date trans genders, and also to make heterosexuality a psychological disorder and non binary gender politics the normal political and scientific standard

[-] [deleted] 3 Points 7 months ago

Shocking though it might be to discover that my wing leans to the left, I'd actually ask you to consider leaving transgender people out of your argument.

I live in a pretty big stronghold of Les Libs ('les' as in the french bourgeois, not as in the greek 'lesbos') , and as a result have made quite a few friends from all backgrounds, including trans people. The only evidence I can provide is anecdotal, but what most of these people seem to want is to just be left alone.

I mean, what they really, really would like is for a magic button to teleport them into a body that feels "right." Now, we know that this ain't gonna happen until science gets some serious voodoo brewing, but I'd say – for a forum where a pretty sizable dose of guys have spent some time wishing they were in someone else's body (starts with "Ch," rhymes with "sad!") – y'all may have more in common with a trans person than you think.

As far as claims re: hate crime for refusal to date, re: hetero as psych disorder, re: non-binary politics as political and scientific standard – the first two are so obviously not gonna happen – there are some lunatics in every group.

As for number three...

The far left is definitely working to try to gerrymander our definition of the gender binary, but it's gonna give up eventually. It's just too outweighed by men and women who feel like they're a man or woman (respectively). As for the sliver of people who don't fit into those two neat boxes (intersex, trans, miscellaneous), the people with real problems are typically not the people screaming about "THEPATRIARCHY" at rallies – those are almost exclusively young, impressionable women clutching at the brief but intoxicating power that their college has handed them: "Go out and yell at people, you will feel powerful and we've made it so that no one is allowed to stop your righteous bluster without ruining their career (By the way, your tuition is now $60,000, you can just leave a check under the doormat. But have fun at your march!)"

[-] Synthetic_Citizen 1 Point 7 months ago

My sister is an extroverted lesbian so I have become quite familiar with gay "culture" so to speak, my sister and i are close and we regularly hang out. The LGBT community prefer to stick to their own group, and this goes quadruple for trans people. Gay people are used to being ridiculed and belittled so they have a sort of "avoid them" attitude toward heterosexual people, and once again this goes quadruple for trans people. They are so used to taking shit in public that they become numb to it, ive seen trans people hold frame better than most TRP subscribers ever could.

From what I have seen so far it is exactly what you infer, the vast majority of Trans and gay people want to be left alone to be free to do what they feel makes them happy. What you see on mainstream media as what the political opinion of all Trans or gay people are is simply propaganda, most queer people i know roll their eyes when they hear someone start to regurgitate that college political lingo or see a new ridiculous campaign in in the name of "all Trans people."

This is true in most cases if you were to witness what is actually happening on the ground. You will find that most people are actually averse to the mainstream narrative, the rest dont really care about politics they just vote for what the mainstream narrative claims is what the vast majority wants politically. The current mainstream narrative is in fact a small group whos radical views are aired in the media while what the vast majority truly wants is simply ignored. People are more aware of this deception than ever, they dont like it and it shows. More than half of the USA voting for Trump when the mainstream media claims that Hilary had an 80 percent vote prediction, Brexit happening regardless of the media claiming that nobody wants it, the current yellow jacket protests and its almost total media blackout, the metoo movement backlash that was also ignored and silenced pushed a lot of people over the edge. Its getting harder to deceive the general public.

Refusal to date trans genders as discrimination and hate crime, heterosexuality as a psychological disorder, non binary views as the normal standard in politics and science, the truth is that trans gender people find it all repulsive and want no part of it. This kind of shit is what gives the gay and trans people a bad name, and it pisses them off.

Its clear there are those who wish to use the gay, trans, feminist and black communities specifically to push their agenda, whether these communities agree or not is irrelevant.

[-] metallica11 3 Points 7 months ago

but HOW do you know what actual VALUE you are at? and what VALUE of women that commands?

Sure, people assess themselves as better than they actually are, especially in terms of skills and attractiveness.. BUT, at the same time, women often shoot for men above them.

I've been struggling immensely with this. I think I am, objectively better than most men (top 10% body, top 10% salary, above average intelligence, average height), however, I still completely fail to attract decently attractive women, which makes me think I am overvaluing myself.

[-] jalapenotrp 1 Point 7 months ago

There is no such thing as a too valuable man to a woman. Do you think a woman would think, oh, he is too valuable or unreachable to me, and lose interest in you?

If you can make a woman think this way about you, you got yourself a stalker my friend.

You are either insecure or are not talking to women the right way if at all.

[-] lagerea 3 Points 7 months ago

You nailed the idea of men shooting for a higher standard than they themselves achieve, just like women. It's in our nature to lie to ourselves about what we are and what we deserve.

[-] Imperator_Red 2 Points 7 months ago

Based on the 300,000 men (AFAIK circa quarantine) that subscribe to this forum, that's enough to create an average distribution of "male quality."

No.... Just because the sample is statistically large enough does not mean it is a representative sample. This would be a biased sample because the men here self selected into this forum. It's like saying 300,000 people on a Two X chromosomes are an average sample of female quality or 300,000 people on a bodybuilding sub are an average sample of strength.

If you want to argue that TRP is an "average distribution of male quality," then you need to make an argument that this self selected sample is no different from a random sample. It very well may be, but you cannot assume that without providing some evidence or logical rationale.

Statistics 101

[-] [deleted] 2 Points 7 months ago

Look, normally I'm not one to nitpick, but my apparent statistical fallacy is brokered as a compromise.

If you were going to make predictions of suspected variance from this self-selection against a representative sample, I'd offer up simply as a guiding heuristic "They're here trying to get laid more." So out the window goes the most suave, the most handsome, the most successful, the wealthiest – you can lop off a nice little pizza slice from the right side of the representative bell.

What we're left with in this sample likely manifests with a lower aggregate mean quality than the average male quality of a broader possible sample (say, full U.S. pop males age 16-50, minimum high school education). And probably more centrist to right-wing (reasons varied).

The picture of our pop. is likely a little bleaker on account of the sexually-successful being unlikely to frequent it in the first place. So, I'm happy to break yer little hearts if I have to and be extra realistic about stats, but for a layman's argument it seems a little bit like autistic quibbling –

Though I'll grant you, I'm now typing this fit of aspy glory, rising to your bait.

I've basically been self-sabotaging myself my whole life, without even really realizing it.

This is the story of every person who ever lived. My worst enemy is myself. This goes for everyone else as well. Realizing that you can only control yourself and taking ownership of yourself are the first steps to being an actual human being. Most people never do it. Most people wallow in denial and self-pity their entire lives.

Now that you have accepted that you are your worst enemy, the next step is to take a painful and brutally honest look at yourself and your current direction in life. It's going to hurt and you are going to feel like shit, but you will also finally be in control of your life. Now you can actually see yourself clearly enough to make real progress.

[-] DeMoNzIx 2 Points 7 months ago

[-] finizzle 11 Points 7 months ago

Happy to hear about your “breakthrough.” In my opinion, the Matrix metaphor is so fitting today because of all the bullshit society pushes onto us throughout childhood, before we are old enough to cultivate a logical mind to defend ourselves.

It’s all about raising up women at the expense of men (check out that Gillette commercial if you think I’m lying). What this does is leaves women with an over inflated sense of self-esteem and men with an under inflated sense of self-esteem.

You naturally fall prey to oneitis and putting pussy on a pedestal because of the system, not because you are inherently “beta.” If we were born 500 years ago instead, we would naturally be more alpha as a result of our environment.

So, TRP is all about destroying your former emotionally-based beliefs about intersexual relationships and women, so that you can step back and logically assess how things actually work.

Your “breakthrough” is basically seeing code in a portion of the Matrix, and the journey will continue until it’s all you see. Cheers.

Personally, this was one of the last that my inner Beta was still clinging to. Kill the Beta. And unless you're comfortable living without a pair of balls, I would ditch it entirely. Our ancestors didn't seem to have this problem.

Isn't that pretty much all music?

[-] MatrixofLe3adership 5 Points 7 months ago

Yes, and that's the problem. I'd imagine rap is fine. Check out the redpillmusic sub. I have a small playlist of stuff like "Til I Collapse," "The Man" by Aloe Blacc, "You're the Best" from Karate Kid, and songs with similarly masculine themes.

I would really recommend it though. I noticed a massive difference in that I'm aiding my subconscious with unplugging and really internalizing it, rather than chopping myself at the knees with Blue Pill poison.

Actually that was the idea when MGTOW started 'at first'. But now I see a lot of men pretending to be MGTOW only to be spiteful toward women. While I can relate to their anger and pain, they first need to understand that women are designed to be "whores" so that they can ensure safety and breeding success rates. Women just can't stay royal to the men who are below than themselves. That's why women never find any attractiveness in males constantly seeking for approvals of women because that kind of desperate trait reflects as 'weak' to women's subconsciousness.

So whether you want to get laid or not you have to stop thinking about bettering yourself in order to land a woman. Get laid if you get a chance but don't settle down with the one because the there's the old saying that women age like milk and men age like wine, if you know what that means.

It's all shit that you guys talk about all the time, but it's like listening to a song where you memorize all the lyrics, versus truly understanding the lyrics.

Great analogy! If you keep working, it’s the first of many epiphanies. The rabbit hole runs deep.

I feel the same way. Took me too long to figure out that I've been torturing myself by longing for a woman (while simultaneously being disgusted by their superficiality). The point of life is to self-validate. If an opportunity with a woman presents itself then weigh the pros and cons but you're probably better off without the distraction.

First thing:

"also probably not into me"

did you at least try?

[-] Jcorb 2 Points 7 months ago

Yeah, though I basically fucked up my one golden opportunity. I tried a few more times (she seems skilled at "brushing off plans, but making it seem like she wants to reschedule"), I sort of knew there was no shot of anything but clung to the hope of "Maybe I'm just giving up too quickly".

Which is another example of me screwing myself over. Just not having enough confidence in myself to believe "You know, if I keep working on myself, I won't have to worry about if one woman 'likes me' or not". Just reaching a point I like myself is the goal.

Never invite only one woman to the same date, try to invite as much as you can.

read the side bar.

Don't care about woman, care about money.

and good luck
