Just thought I'd share this.
Teaching English in China this year - been seeing this girl for about 3 months (mostly on weekends). She's cute enough, very innocent, said she was a virgin when I met her (and oddly enough I believe her).
Having said that, she's breathtakingly naive at times. I think she's still in the demanding Prince Charming stage that a lot of women go through (and some never grow out of!)
To elaborate - she probably said 185 just because that's my height. Even by western standards that's tall, but this is Shenzhen, China - average male height about 5'6" so I'm literally top 1% here. Its not uncommon for me to stand on a train platform with 200 people, look around and conclude 'yeah looks like I'm the tallest here again'. Its the local equivalent of being maybe 6'5" - yet now apparently one of her demands.
By 'stability and good job' - I'm currently working two English teaching jobs here, making about 30,000¥/mth. Average monthly salary here maybe 9,000¥ (and Shenzhen very high by Chinese standards - more like 6,000¥ elsewhere). By comparison, average salary in New York is $70,000/yr.
So basically, she wants the local equivalent of a 6'5" with a $200,000/yr salary - and she then wants him to 'shut up and never argue with what the wife says...'
As for the girl - I don't want to post her picture obviously. She's kinda cute, perhaps 5-6/10, but really quite ordinary. She brought me fruit last time she came over to fuck (which started on 2nd date). Height 160cm, she's a new uni graduate working in a company office making maybe 5,000¥/mth. I told her from the beginning I will probably be back in Australia in 18mths or so, and am not looking for anything more serious than a girlfriend for now. Still, I suspect this girl is going to be thoroughly alpha-widowed by the end of this.
I do feel kinda bad (mostly for the future Chinese men who will try to date her). I'm still years away of considering serious marriage, as I've told her. I don't really want to do anything other than have some good times with her and then let things fizzle out naturally. Just thought I'd share the impossibly high standards of a fairly ordinary middle-class Chinese girl, even with herself having not all that much to offer.

Just another example of what different women are saying vs doing in different cultures?
Wouldn't really say gold-digger, we usually split meals, or if I buy all its something cheap. I got her a few things here and there (like a Winnie the Pooh doll) but she mostly just comes over to my place to fuck and watch something. Whole relationship has cost me next to nothing (and I got some free fruit).
Closest thing to a gold-digger I saw here was this hot Russian girl who I took to a few restaurants/movies and never got past kissing - this is my fault of course, but at least it set a new bar for quality of girls I can successfully ask out.
I grant that half the reason I came to China was to improve my dating/sex life, which I have, and even just to practice these basic skills when it comes to dealing with women, so I am better prepared when I return to the west.
If I was already successful with women back home then yeah, probably wouldn't have come here. I don't see the point in insulting someone for being a newbie with women though. We all start somewhere, and if I need to practice playing the game on easy for a year or two before moving up to normal difficulty, I don't think that's the end if the world.

I wanted to chime in as I never do and seem to only date Chinese girls. A few things I wanted to discuss because you mention that you've been around the red pill for a while, but you sound young and naive (not to be rude or anything).
As mentioned, you think she has low SMV so keep her as a plate. I highly doubt a virgin will fuck you on the second date or just because there was a cockroach. Not saying there is anything wrong with marriage as long as you filter your relationships. Also why did you tell her how many girls you had before, isn't this TRP 101?? You can see the meaning just based on how the characters look. See the first one 男, clearly looks like a man, and the one after the comma 女 clearly looks female. Character after each of those 人 is the same, probably the existential verb "to be." Third character in each set 不 is also the same, probably the negation of 人. The fourth looks like a real badass holding some dangerous object 坏 gonna fuck shit up, the last one looks like a woman hugging herself 爱, not loving the man who is NOT the badass.
Chinese is easy.

(If) the man isn't bad, the woman won't love (him). That's what it says.
人 means "person." 男人 is literally "male person" = "man." 女人 is "female person" = "woman."
坏 means "bad" or "broken." It's not a picture of a badass, it's just a character with a meaning.
Chinese isn't easy. It's one of the hardest languages in the world.
All that said, you're right that the lesson here is don't fucking listen to what women say. It's horse shit, and it's all based on their feelings at the time.

China has a big population growth with lots of men who will work for cheap, for nearly nothing.
They sacrifice their air, oxygen by not regulating pollution, which helps them compete. They sacrifice their any labor protections or safety protections for once again: to help them compete. Men are worthless, women are highly valuable and high-demand. Most men are so single that they've given up on women completely and just focus on their work, sports, or games. There are no politics, as it is a completely totalitarian system that puts people into re-education camps, prison, or death if they are disloyal. And according to my Asian-American friend who traveled there with high-hopes of exquisite chinese food: their food sucks too.
It's a society of blue-pill men who have negotiated away everything, their environment, their jobs, their salaries, their women, their freedoms, their human rights. Everything. A coward's society. It is Orwellian and totalitarian enslavement.
This is the result of a society that lost all its manhood, strength, courage, and honor but I don't blame the Chinese people because their leaders have weeded out and murdered all who are strong.

The food in Shanghai was pretty good so no complaints. I did get really fucking tired of needing to check the foreign numbers for pollution in the city to know whether a/which mask was in order for the day or if it was best just staying in. The Internet can royally suck there when the party decides to clamp down and if the dice land poorly then they will block your VPN. Even on a good day they randomly slow everything down by congestion or on purpose to encourage migration to Chinese websites. Amusingly reddit is open since they've partnered with Amazon while Google is too affiliated with the US government to do so in that way. I remember that is when I got back into reddit since it was one of the few no bullshit outlets at the time. Chinese pussy is pretty nice since they are shame based instead of guilt based cultures and so they just wiggle a bit more and its fun. They are long term very horrific prospects and probably one of the absolute worst things that you could plan on and think about. In total China and especially big city places like Shanghai are total pieces of shit unless you are making some big money and just experiencing a new thing and then why the fuck would you want to stay there for many years? I'd really like to see China contained as much as possible and for the US to calm their hardon down about Russia to focus on this disgusting Chinese system and mentality.

I have also been living in China for years and I agree with you the one child policy has bred a whole generation of princesses. However, in contrary to Western women most Asian women would agree they can't be like guys and have to bring their feminity into the relationship. Heck, there's even classes here where women are taught how to be good partners: make him feel like he's the boss, laugh at his jokes but don't laugh too loud, be cute and soft when speaking, never say dirty words etc. etc.
Most Chinese girls and their parents will have very clear requirements for their partners, just check out the marriage market in Shanghai at Peoples Square every weekend, this is like mixing Hypergamy with eBay. Some girls/parents will literally ask for documents proving your house and car belong to you and are actually paid off before they marry you. But isn't this more honest compared to the West? 'You buy me a house, a car and I give you a baby and my cute looks in return.' Let's not forget divorce laws in China are much more reasonable compared to the West.

I shouldn't be surprised about the height thing, but it still amazes me everytime i come across a girl stating that a guy needs to be at least this exact height. As I've commented below I have been with more than half a dozen westernized Chinese girls by this point, and so I think I understand them quite well by now. This one is a bit different. She's just generally very naive and does seem quite innocent. Even when we're watching a movie she doesn't watch it half the time because she's just staring at me and stroking my beard. She calls me 'Meiguo duizhang' (Captain America) because she thinks I look like him post-beard...
At one point I actually had to lend her about $150 (basically I broke something of hers). I was wary too, but she paid me back a few weeks later once she got her monthly salary no problem (a sure test of loyalty if ever there was one?)
So yeah, I understand this is the redpill and its healthy to be skeptical about the good intentions of women. I would point out though that not quite every girl is naturally the ruthless, cheating whores-in-denial that characterizes many western girls. It it weren't for other factors (going back home at some point, cultural divides, her attractiveness being a bit higher) I actually think this is the sort of girl I'd like to marry. In essence, if I could find an attractive 8+/10 girl back home with the same half-worshipping attitude to me, I might just put a ring on it.

No, Chinese girls are fucking insane. One child policy bred a generation of super spoiled brats, and if you are a girl you were literally raised as a princess (as long as you came from a urban middle class family or higher).
I used to flirt with a chinese girl that I had hooked up with once and I really wanted some more because she had huge boobs which was kind of a novelty to me at that time. She would expect me to be kneeling at her feet begging her for a relationship. When I did not do that she literally asked me if I am socially challenged/autistic because she thought I couldn't understand what was expected from "a man". The first week it was amusing to see the hamster go full overdrive but it became old really quick. Negged her and ignored her, told her that she isn't a trophy and she shouldn't expect anyone to beg her for her attention/relationship. She just couldn't get it. Note, it was all very civil and she genuinely tried to understand, she wasn't in full denial, but her conditioning was just too strong, she was seeing all her friends with basically buttler/slave boyfriends and thought that was how it worked.

Understood. Been here 9 months, probably will be 2 years in total. Since finding a second job though I'm getting about $1,500/wk (Aud). Have 30k saved up now. Hope to have that close to 100k by the time I leave, with a dozen-odd pussies slayed as well. At 25 I feel my value as a man is just starting to increase. Also learning Chinese (did HSK1 exam last week).
I'm having fun in the short-term sure, but also thinking ahead to the \~30 year old me - fluent in English and Chinese, probably working in law/government back in Aus, still gym-dwelling, obviously still a 6'1" white guy, with a great deal more worldly experience and confidence with girls (of which I had roughly zero just a few years ago).
