my new chick and my old chick hung out last night at the bars.

she gets back and tells me she was “cuddled up laying in (my ex)‘s lap” in the uber and they were talking ab me.

new chick says old chick was saying some shit amongst the lines of “trust me; I’ve been w him so I know what it’s like; you need to get out while you still can”.

Who knows what else was said/if that was really said; idk I wasn’t there.

But what in the shit lol this deadass like the 3rd time this woman is trying to fuck w me.

Girls have this weird need to stay connected to you, she might not be trying to actively get back to you, but she sees you getting other chicks and it bothers her. Break it off with the new chick and tell her it's because she hangs with a person who trash-talks you behind your back. Then go find the old chick, hold her down, and fart on her head. Tell her that's for trash-talking you behind your back.

Edit: Actually, just put the idea out to the new chick that she's free to hang with whomever she chooses but your ex is a bad influence and you don't see it working out if she continues on that path. If you actually misfired a gun in front of a chick AGAIN then reassure her by putting a gun lock on it and storing the bullets separately.

Further, you should explain that you're not trying to isolate her so you can manipulate her(unless you are, which is typical of narcissists) but rather keeping drama out of the relationship and letting it form on it's own merits rather than get manipulated by an ex.
