If a girl you have been sleeping with starts asking the relationship question, how do you handle it. I understand she might stop sleeping with me and that’s fine, but my main concern is that if I ghost her in this modern age she may falsely accuse me of something if she feels like I just used her for sex. So my question is how can I reject, or even break the plate my self without her doing anything that may ruin my life ?

Why can't you do that? If they don't owe us sex regardless of what we do for them, we don't owe them relationships regardless of what they do for us.

Just tell her that you are not an easy man to be in a relationship with, and that she would have to give up things like going to bars or clubs and hanging out with her single friends for you to consider it.

you don't need to ghost her, only reason for that really is if she's being abusive to you.
Tell her , (I like what we have, I go slow). Keep it open as a maybe. If she pushes for it, say, (I don't think we are want the same thing and you should find a guy who wants the same as you).
Never feel like you used her for sex or worried she things that. Unless you outright lied to her, you both had fun and are adults. Don't be a (nice) guy.
Most girls I did this with, tried to keep me, but some will walk away, they have a goal for a LTR and they had sex with you in the hope they would hook you in. Their plan failed and some will get very upset at that, not your problem.

False accusations are rare especially if you keep seeing her for a while. Not committing usually won't get you problems, the problems are when you stick your dick in crazes, or when you dump them in cruel ways...... or worse: let her feel entitled to more, then don't give it to her.
If you're clear from the start, you'll be fine.
