You're not wrong, but in an intimate relationship, or even many other relationships, there is a vast gulf of difference between ordinary touch and sexualized touch.
You are allowed to tap on someone on the shoulder to get their attention. You are not allowed to grab their ass. This is what I think, from what I've read, though I'll be fucked if I get the cuckcast.
These guys had a shitty marriage, and she was inundating him with woke nonsense. The sex was bad, and he either had a side piece, wanted a side piece, or, simply wanted to neck himself.
On the other hand, she thought things were fairly "safe", and brought in the affirmative consent stuff as a way to monetize touching her. Perfect plan right?
Cept she didn't realize that this was the drop that spilled the cup. Dude heard this nonsense, nodded his head, went "yes dear, no more unwanted touching", and realized, rightly, that this was a cheap, and wonderful way to get the hell out of dodge.
I doubt the guy is an idiot. He clearly knows this will end the relationship. And he wants it to. From the article, he sounds like a troll. And yet, he has not only documented a significant amount of assault as legally defined, but also created a precedent where he clearly indicated that touching him was unwelcome, which she violated, and which caused him great distress.
The end result? Even by woke rules, he wins. This is not a failing marriage, its a domestic abuse situation with documented crossing and ignoring of boundaries, touching without consent, sexual violence, and bullying. Furthermore, they are sleeping apart, so the relationship has clearly desintegrated, and nobody could ever blame this poor guy for wanting out.
Imagine siding with that abuser, that toxicaly feminine woman intruding on the most gentle, most inoffensive of guys, someone who literally shakes at unwanted touch.
If I was her, I wouldn't be asking for podcast advice and would rather be getting a good divorce lawyer. And, I think she is probably aware that she really, shouldn't say anything about disregarding this guy's boundaries on the record. I mean, look at the wording on that.
You can feel the anguish, the pain, the pure fear at the realization that not only did dude find her loaded gun, but he turned it around, and fully intends and is willing to shoot.
And if there is something we know, is that the far left sticks by its people when they need it, right? Oh. Wait, no, nevermind.
But hey, she should be happy, this is the future that she chose.
Personally, I find the whole thing sad, hilarious, and inspiring all at the same time. This is going into my top ten anime betrayals list right behind Griffith and Bert and Ernie.

Prenups are just modifications to the default 50/50 split of marital assets, to agree to other conditions such as specifically leaving things out of discussion for a split, or clauses such as reducing a cheating partner’s share. There is a default prenup; it’s just not suitable for everyone. And regardless, everything can be challenged in court either if on a signed document or the default of a marriage

You're not wrong, but in an intimate relationship, or even many other relationships, there is a vast gulf of difference between ordinary touch and sexualized touch.
You are allowed to tap on someone on the shoulder to get their attention. You are not allowed to grab their ass. The person may not like the former, and they may instruct you that they prefer no touch, or some other form of touch or attention getting in the future, and you are then supposed to respect their boundary, but there is no automatic presumption of wrong-doing, even if the person is a complete stranger to you.
In intimate relationships, one would expect WAY more casual touching, even if the people have an affirmative consent policy on sex.
And sex is a completely different thing. I mean, it can be messy, painful, problematic, disruptive, and so on. The perfect example is two people waking up in the middle of the night for impromptu sex fueled by strong sexual chemistry. Sure, they may both feel they want it in the moment.... then they have to deal with the aftermath of not getting back to sleep right away, the sleep disruption, being late to work, grogginess, then anxiety over a repeat of that scenario.
That's a rational reason why couples negotiate when and how they have sex.

It wouldn't be rape, it would be some form of assault and battery, in theory. But you would have to actually prove that. The most likely case would be if there was absolutely no history of horseplay, and the touching persisted after a verbal demand was made to stop it. And then you are getting into, what were the damages? Mild annoyance? How much is that worth? Is it worth litigating over? What was the evidence of the touching? Only verbal testimony? No marks were left? Then the person can deny it and then it is he said / she said, which is problematic from the criminal law perspective.
All this stuff is great for the people who are peddling it though, because outrage, fear, anger, hate, etc. all are good sellers, as people worry about something happening to them.

Nobody has ever minded. I think its all in how you bring it up.
This is what works for me:
Make out, play with her until she really wants it. Tease her, make her wait for it, make her long to be one with you. Then, look at her eyes and say "mind if I take you?" At that time, they usually say some variation of "please do", "not at all", whatever.
Then, if I didn't leave my phone recording before (usually do), I say "Oh my god, that was cheesy, lets record that, itll be a cute memory one day" or some such.
Never had anyone say no, and they'll repeat it and make sure its recorded.
I recommend Easy Voice Recorder for all your recording needs, and to rename the recording to "Consent, whomever" afterwards.
I will note that I've never actually needed the recordings, but I imagine its better to have them, than to not.

How about anytime a person uses their physicality to force someone into a sexual act it's rape. You can believe it's a womans duty to put out in a marriage and if she doesn't then divorce her, but you're beyond deluded if you think it's not rape cuz muh switched genders.

It's not as clear (black and white as you potrait it). If you go strictly to wording then men and women wouldn't be able to even approach each other because the other person could claim it's sexual assault or even rape in some cases. By this definition husband and wife rape each other always. I'm not condoning rape, I hate it, but rape is something else.
