Hello everyone, I’m 5’7 (which to some people can either be average or too tall), have broad shoulders with no curves whatsoever (Just think of a WNBA player), and I act/dress very masculine anyway. Wouldn’t it be silly to act delicate and feminine when my body does not look it? Thank you

It would be much more helpful to change your hormonal profile to a more feminine one. It's hormones that dictate looks and behavior. If you make a conscious effort to be more feminine while being masculine at your core, it would not look congruent.
A less scientific term that you can use looking for this would be to "create more feminine energy". It still means the same thing.
Hormones are influenced by your beliefs, thoughts, actions, diet, sports, lifestyle, etc. Look at yoga and Ayurveda.

As far as height a very confident man would not care. You act masculine...in what ways??

I walk very masculine, dress masculine, I don’t know how to explain it.

I'm sure your body is still very much a female body and if you stood naked next to a man there would be very obvious differences. I think the way you see yourself is limiting you. Go into a clothes shop and try on things you wouldn't normally wear. Experiment and don't be afraid to try new things.

Well I'm 6'3 and I think I get away with looking pretty feminine so surely you can too haha however - i don't really have broad shoulders or a large frame I am just long

My body is similar in that I'm tall, broad shouldered and skinny (not much curvature). I think the key is keeping good/realistic icons. If you and I picture a petite curvaceous kim k as the feminine ideal then we're setting ourselves up to fail, but if we think of statuesque models as a feminine goal we can feel more proficient in emulating them. I know I'll never be as petite as most girls but I'm happy having great legs, long silky hair, good skin, and being more of a modelesque matriarchal archetype.

I would highly recommend looking up Aly Art's YouTube videos on Kibbe types! I identify as a flamboyant natural; a lot of models are this type too. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a great example imo :)

Here's a video on how to reduce the appearance of broad shoulders and to maximize the look of your curves.

Similarly, I went to check WNBA players. Here's Candice Wiggins for example, first on the playing field:

And then with a more ''feminine attire'':

I'm 5'8 and very little curves as well which means it'll take me more time to find something that fits me well but when I do, it looks good. I don't think any woman is off limits to becoming more feminine. If that's what you want, go for it :) It won't look silly

I would watch Aly Art's Kibbe videos on YouTube. She uses the Kibbe body type system to help you figure out what kind of clothes/hairstyles look best on you. You sound like a Natural or Flamboyant Natural. I'm the same height and similar build.
Naturals tend to dress more casual and loose, think like Jennifer Aniston's style. What looks good on Kim Kardashian won't look as good on our body type.
Here's the test and some signature looks for each body type:

What do you mean when you say you dress more masculine? Do you wear mostly t-shirts, jeans, sneakers? Do you wear makeup? What about your nails? Do you shape them? Do you have calluses on your feet? How about your hair? Even short hair can be very feminine if it suits your face and is cut well.
Now every ones body type is different the secret is in knowing how to make the best features of your body to stand out and hide the ones that you think are not very flattering. Everyone has those, every celebrity out there including Kim K. They simply know what works and what doesn’t work for them and stick to it. For example notice that Kim K always wear skin tight clothes and always in neutral tones, there’s a reason for it. She is short and very curvy, wearing boxy clothes would make her look shorter and wider, neutral tones slim the body and bring attention to the shape of her figure.
Step 1: Go on google and figure out what body type you have and find out which clothes and cuts look better for your shape.
Step 2: Instead of jeans, t-shirs, and sneakers, look for skirts, dresses, blouses, sweaters (if it’s cold in your area) to go with skirts.
Step 3: Shoes and boots with a heel. It doesn’t have to be a high heels but at least an inch or two.
Step 4: Hair needs to be healthy. An inch of healthy hair is more attractive and beautiful than fried down to the back locks. If your hair is short and you like it that way, add some waves to it ( waves make a look more flirty). Find a cut that will suit you.
Step 5: Nails, they don’t have to be long or always with a nail polish. It’s better to have short nails but well shapes and with moisturized cuticles. If you’re wearing a nail polish and you see it chips it’s better to remove nail polish from all nails.
Step 6: Skin, no need to spend tons of money here, generally a make up remover, a simple cleanser and moisturizer with and one without spf is a good starting point. It is better to invest into serums and targeted treatments.
Step 7: Use some makeup, a little bit of bb cream to even out a skin tone, a concealer, mascara, a bit of blush and a lip gloss or glossy lipstick. Gloss makes face look younger while matter lisptick can make a person look older.
Step 8: Clean teeth and a fresh breath.
Step 9: Body, get a good body moisturizer and moisturize yourself after every shower, use callus remover to remove calluses from feet, make sure nails on toes are cut at shaped.
Step 10: a bit of perfume and a smile :) when a guy gives you a compliment smile and say thank you. If they offer you a seat smile, thank them and sit down. If women give you compliment repeat: smile and a thank you.
These are good steps towards looking more feminine, dresses, skirts, and nice shoes with a heel are a very good beginning trust me. Look up easter european girls, they’re usually very feminine.

I came to recommend Aly Art’s Kibbe videos as well!
Additionally, I would recommend finding an activity that’s makes you feel feminine. It should be something that gets you moving around, but it doesn’t have to be exercise. Maybe it’s cleaning the house or cooking. Maybe it’s dancing or playing an instrument. Find something that helps you feel physically connected to your femininity, and you’ll find yourself naturally carrying yourself in a more feminine way. And what’s important is that you’re not “acting,” you’re being more feminine because you’re embracing the femininity that already exists inside you.

Of course it wouldn’t be silly!
Just a few lovely women who don’t have typical hourglass bodies. The skin tight Kim K look should not be your inspiration. Look for breezy styles, tasteful florals, incorporating color. A line skirts are going to be flattering to balance your shape. And if you want to downplay your shoulders I would avoid off the shoulder tops or tops with wide necklines.
