2 years ago I was rejected by a girl. Since then I have improved my SMV massively, bulked up 20lbs, improved social skills, frame, I am less needy and beta etc. I haven't seen her since, until now. We talked a few times in the last few weeks, she seems a lot more receptive than 2 years ago. Would it be pathetic to ask her out again? I feel like it would, however she is very cute and I don't really give a fuck about anything anymore. Should I take my chances?

You’re already emotionally invested. You feel like you got something to proof. Changing a girl’s mind who rejected you before feels like it would be the ultimate redemption and proof of your transformation to an alpha.
It’s possible to overcome these factors but you gottta be aware of them.
It can be done but in my experience you’ll have to be extremely assertive, forward and IDGAF-attitude. Overwhelming tactics. Execution is key. It has to be very clear right away that you’re truly a different person now. She has to see you as a new person. Like a reset.
This doesn’t mean being obnoxious or fake by the way.

Does that mean I should be very forward about my intentions, like asking her: "Would you go on a date with me?", or subtle in an IDGAF way: "Hey, let's go grab drinks after school"?

It’s about your attitude more than words. Your attitude informs your words. Your mentality should be: I fucking want X and I’m making it happen.
Don’t ask her anything dude. Tell her. Invite her.
“I’m doing X on Thursday. You should join. Meet me at X.”
Something like that, but that makes sense for your personal situation.
You’re probably better off READING THE SIDEBAR first and foremost, and focusing on meeting and having fun with other women. Then she’ll come to you. Or she won’t. It doesn’t fucking matter. She is not special.
One day you’ll run your mind through all the girls you’ve fucked, mediocre ones and hot ones, and you’ll laugh about this whole thing. If you’ll even remember her that is.
