LTR and I broke up after dating for 9 months, it hurts but I'll get over it. It isn't taking a huge toll on me but I still can't seem to stop runnning through conversations in my head/think about it all the time. I lift 5 times a week, train MMA, I'm in school, in a fraternity, meditate daily, and I still feel like I just have too much time on my hands to sit and think about her. What else can I do to completely stop thinking about her? I'd rather not sit all day and read asktrp breakup, and how to better myself posts all day on Reddit like I currently am doing, feeding the thoughts even more.
