Overall, I think any country can be a place for easy lays. Just depends on how you look and how you interact with whomever you meet.
I was in Thailand during the Full Moon Party last year and can share my experience. It’s insane how easy it is to find chicks there during touristy seasons. Escorts/prostitutes are usually scouted by the Japanese businessmen, cheap chinamen, the group of 5 Indian guys trying to gangbang some poor girl, and last but not least expats/old white dudes on vacation. I wouldn’t even recommend going this route since there are so many young tourists...unless you’re down for that route you shouldn’t have a problem. Depending on where you go you will have a different scene (Patong, Phucket, Ko Phang An, Ko Samui).
Just go to any plaza after 8-9pm. Here are my tips:
This will be one of the cheapest options if you’re thinking about budget friendly. Also, depending on where you go you will encounter tons of asian/indian dudes trying to get laid as well. In this bunch there will also be the girls who “backpack” and wont mind sharing a bed for a night.
If you’re looking to find a little nicer, more private place, check out the Airbnb’s in the major areas. I stayed in a central area (Terminal 21/Nana Plaza) in Bangkok for ~75USD/night (gym, gorgeous rooftop pool).
Hit up Karon beach (Phucket) to see the Russian model tourists with lip fillers. A lot of nicer beaches on the smaller islands such as Ko Phan An. If you go to the popular ones like Phi Phi - prepare yourself for a small Chinatown.
Don’t be shy, introduce yourself to everyone and be the party starter if you find some boring people. Hit up the pubs, karaoke, go-go bars, restaurants and you should have no problem getting laid.
p.s if you do plan on going - try not to get pulled into the lady boy bars unless thats your thing LOL.

Yea, there’s been an increase in the russian population over there and a fraction of them are “working.” Its hard to tell during the day since I saw a lot of Russian families and didn’t see much of them during the night when I was traveling, but like I said before it depends where you go.

No problem bud, I recommend Thailand because there’s a huge nightlife scene and a lot of crazy shit happens on the “roads” where people are literally dragging you inside random clubs and touching your arms. It’s also relatively cheap.

I honestly didn’t meet any local girls there, the girls in the popular touristy places besides the beach are usually freelance workers. If you want to meet local girls I would also suggest speaking the same language as them haha.
I actually met a lot of chicks from Europe (Germany, Bulgaria, UK) and had a great time ;)

10 to 30, depends on negotiation skills. But tbh most of them are average, unless you're into asian girls you'll notice that a lot of them have monkey features. Ironically the hottest females there are russians, MODEL LOOKING ONES like you see on the runaway but word is they are asking over 100$ and are scammers so they're not as approachable like the local girls.
Sure, to minimize risks aim for more young ones.
