There are some days when I wake up and instantly know it's gonna feel like shit- I don't feel good, I don't want to go to work, I don't wanna hit the gym, I don't wanna talk to people, I don't want to do anything to improve myself, but I also don't crave any recreational activities (like video games or some shit).

Such days really throw me off of my routine and my game, because I have to force myself to communicate with people.

I believe such shitty days aren't uncommon, what's your remedy?
