With the massive increase in men with practically no standards, aside from the fact that women compete with each other, what motivation do they really have to stay attractive?
It seems the percentage of land whales is increasing daily. Swiping through Tinder, about 1/50 swipes are actually fuckable. This also applies to what I see in person.

Go to a college campus in America, there are a large majority of women that look like they eat straight mayo and got dumped in a vat of toxic chemicals. I went to Rutgers, and I have to say 80% of the women who went there were disgusting. Overweight, no effort into appearance, wearing pajamas to class, radical feminists. The 20% that were hot basically got passed around by the fraternities. I only got with some of them because I had a really nice apartment and drugs/alcohol.

Somewhat speculative, but my observation is that while a small percentage of people are far fitter and far healthier than any people in human history (say, the top 1-5%) because exercise and nutrition resources are much more prevalent, the average over the last 50 years has almost certainly gone down, body composition-wise. This might be almost entirely due to obesity, but that is obviously a real, observable factor.
I think even men's life spans in Western countries have declined slightly over the last few decades.

I've observed something similar. I find people who are either fit or out of shape and little inbetween. I find it rare to see older people (basically anyone who isn't a teenager) who are just lean and neither fit or unfit, like you can't tell if they work out. Pictures and movies of people in the old days, people had varying levels of natural fitness, but even the stocky people looked burly, or at least masculine, as opposed to the cream puffs in existence today. I myself have been trying to lower my bodyfat just to have a more masculine looking face. I'm tired of the babyface and I see babyfaces everywhere.

Yeah I’ve read it, it’s potentially poisonous if you swallow more than what’s used for brushing. There are safe tolerances, just like other things like alcohol. And you do actually consume some of the toothpaste, it’s absorbed through the membrane in the mouth and swallowed in the saliva naturally.
I know there are studies that show it reduces testosterone, but the average person is not consuming enough of it. I’d worry a lot more about your diet and body composition affecting your test before fluoride.

The university thing is kind of its own microcosm. I'm in Orange County and the college girls are mostly all the same, very basic and homogeneous. That said, there's still a good mix of styles and fun, down-to-earth girls out there, and they often go out on Friday and Saturday nights. The best places I've found for that are downtown Fullerton and Old Town Orange, though they certainly have their supply of stuck up broads you have to wade through.
Also, it depends on what university you're going to. All the four years tend to have a greater supply of entitled girls who think they don't have to do much, while the community colleges have a lot of great, interesting, and fun girls. I've been OCC, IVC, Saddleback, and SAC over the years and they all have great girls there.

What you are referring to however is the imbalance we are having these days. Sloots have so many sources of validation (insta, snapchat, facebook, twitter, tinder, similar apps) they shift more and more towards the upper 15%, 10%, 5% ... and so on.

Yeah. How are you looking at/setting up your ranking?
If you are ranking people linearly (same number of 2’s and 5’s and 9’s etc), then a dude at the top 20% would be “equivalent” to an 8.
If you are ranking people on a bell curve, not much changes, but a guy at the top 20% is probably pursuing 6’s or 7’s as his “equivalent” on this scale.
If you’ve read the pill and lived in society though, you’d also understand most 8’s don’t want to settle for a top 20% guy when they can get railed by the top 5%. The top 1% NFL bound tight end is fine with banging a different 7 or 8 every week.
Look at it this way: Almost ANY woman can get laid. They can almost all get laid at the same rate.
The bottom 30% of guys are not getting laid. The middle 40% are getting seldomly laid. It is really the only top 30% that get laid with any real frequency, and realistically the top 10% that can be choosy in college (7+ etc) without locking down in a relationship.

We deal with the obesity epidemic and there will be a lot more attractive people. As the counter-culture becomes popular culture, we'll see a swing towards more traditional ideals, and this will improve.
Or we'll see massive amounts of violence and unrest, and that also has a way of enforcing traditional values.
The only certainty is that the steady encroachment of SJWs and degeneracy into popular culture is unsustainable. How long that swing will take is up to debate, but personally I think we're already in the early stages of it.
Regardless, improving yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually is the only sure course of action.
