Later I see she's in a relationship on facebook. I message her that I thought she was single, she replied that we can still be friends and that she's not sure if it's going to workout with her boyfriend.
Because she didn't tell me she has a boyfriend and seemed into me it might still be worth getting that drink I'm thinking... Does anyone have some similar experience?

You shouldn't have mentioned her boyfriend. You should have just moved on her. Mentioning her boyfriend gave her an out. (blue pill move) She said that she's not sure it's going to workout with her boyfriend. That means she's looking for a fling or a new guy. Don't mention him again you still have a chance. You should never have brought that up in the first place - now you basically fucked yourself over because youre (in her view) accusing her of being a slut (giving you flirt/connection vibes even though she's not single). Good luck getting in between her legs now unless your skills to break down heavy ASD is in the top tier.
But definitely dont beat yourself up about it - this is how men learn. Making mistakes.
