Your dick size isn't the issue. Cooch soreness for a girl can come in a lot of different ways, including just your pelvis smacking into her over and over again.
Get different gears. Quickies are a thing. Be mindful of how much lubrication she's getting. Use other lube if needed as a preventative measure.

In my experience, this can be a sign of a woman who does not enjoy sex, and wishes to have less of it with you.
