in the same way that a girl who gives up sex too quickly is not respected or seen as high value, a man who gives up commitment too easily is not respected or seen as high value.

I've read the sidebar before but the conclusion end up at not committing in the first place and spin plates indefinitely. For a man who Follows Christ, commitment is part of the package so I was hoping that I'd get a short answer like you gave OP

Men are the gatekeepers of commitment. Women are the gatekeepers of sex. For a negotiation to take place, both sides must have something the other wants.
This is not incompatible with Christian values, as it is outside morality and simply an observable law of human nature. However, it will be difficult for a man who doesn't believe in premarital sex to find a woman willing to satisfy his needs and desires. More likely, she'll be quite happy to consume resources such as time and attention without giving anything in return.

This will irk me forever. Commitment is so much bigger and more permanent than sex. Commitment can be given once, sex can be given over and over again, and also withheld suddenly. It's not like a man can remove his commitment for an evening if he's in a bad mood.

That's up to you. I respect Christianity, but don't follow it. I have no personal bias against nailing every chick to cross my path, other than ones I work with, see at the gym, or otherwise "eat" with. That probably doesn't fit into yoir personal beliefs. (It isn't my intention to speak for you.)
I know we have a few Endorsed Contributors here who are Christian. They can probably answer the question better than I.
