you can't apply basic principles such as abundance (if they see you not come home with anyone for a month.) You can't work the basic, primary thing of letting their imagination go wild about what you're doing and who you are. you can't polarize them if you do go out because they can't just go home somewhere else, so you have to be careful about just making moves because rejection is weird and creepy.
so I think it's stupid. You should treat all 3 of them like your sister and hard next them and refuse all of their advances. their friends are no problem. :) you will have unbelievable social proof if you go out with them if they're into you.
I think the only tool you have in your arsenal is a lack of availability. it is not going to work but pretend this is your choice.
also ignore them and don't think about them. just live like they're not even there.
Note: I never got with a flatmate. one that I hard nexted got super into me though and helped with social proof, even after she moved out.
