You are overthinking it. I wouldn't respond to that at all. If you must, just say 'sure'. It's not a commitment or anything. If you try to steer that in a sexual direction it is likely to come off needy. Fine line between flirty/sexual and creepy/needy in text and it's very hard when she is in a hardcore ASD mode.
Think about the big picture here. Most girls attempt to present as "not the kind of girl that fucks on the first date". Of course, we all know that they all do it for the right guy. When they ask you point blank about your intentions, just kind of smile and nod. I have smashed countless women that I explicitly told I wasn't going to fuck that same night.
Once you are spinning a few plates, you'll be a lot less concerned about the same-day lay. That sloppy, drunk sex that happens too late at night so you're tired at work the next day. Don't need it. Just keep the date short or go somewhere that is fun for you. My favorite move is to schedule a date with a new girl for 7pm and then tell a plate I'm coming over at 10 or 11. Then I know I'm having sex that night and can be totally IDGAF with the new girl. The new girl is used to having guys try to escalate on a strict schedule, so not doing that makes their hamster spin like mad. Of course, doesn't really work at all if you don't have the booty call and are just being a pussy / not escalating.

She's gotta pay with this attitude, you can't go into this without confirming she will pay her part. Literally a waste of your time if she doesn't, and probably a waste of your time if she does, but you always check. I don't like questions like this, sounds like she's not that into you yet, could figure it out during the date, but unless you hit it off, you just let this one sit on the back burner, it's probably not going to drive you wild.
