My thoughts are, begin a detoxifying and reguvinating lifestyle now. So that you can be in the best shape possible throughout your child's life. YES you may be a little older, but as long as you make it for 23 years of their life and have the ability to play basketball and soccer with them then go for it. I don't know what kind of shape you are in... but if not now l, When? Best of luck

TRT definitely helps. As we age our testosterone drops, and it plays a lot of factor in cell development and aging

you could go get your testosterone levels checked via blood work at the doctor's office.. you could have really low testosterone, and simply not know it.
it's not uncommon for a young man to have super low testosterone, contrary to what you may hear

It's the perfect age to have a child. I hope to have a child at that age.

I will be a senior citzen when they are in high school.

That doesn't mean what it used to. Of course make sure it's what you want and can afford it. Other than that there's nothing stopping you.

Most kids don't have a dad growing up. Keep that in mind when you're thinking if you'll be a good/bad dad.

Have you seen that JK Simmons pic of him training for Batman ?
You can look just as good with proper maintenance I’m sure and be seen as the badass old man figure no doubt.

I'm in my late 30s and thinking of getting a vasectomy within a few years. Would like to hear your thoughts on why you want to have children. I'm 80% sure I don't.

I have two nieces. They are wonderful on a part time basis. Not so sure if I want that 24/7. My younger brother got married a few years ago. If one of us doesn't have a son then the name dies out.
I work as a teacher and have roughly 60 students whom I try to craft into better people. I enjoy my job and maybe I would enjoy having one or two progeny to make into very good people.

I am 54, and think about it a lot. Former teacher too, and I get your meaning. Married once, no kids, but am able. Just worried about the age difference. Thought about sperm donation, but that gets into other things, like wanting my.line to continue.

My mom is 36 yrs older than me and it was a big difference. Of course, times have changed. My dad was 26 yrs older and for the.most part could relate , aside from personal differences

At your age, your sperm are not at their prime and your odds of having a child with a disability is exponentially higher compared to sperm from a 20-30 year old guy. Do some googling for more info. Just wanna point out the risks involved. Consider adopting.

Women after 35 is exponetial; men after 35 is a slow decline. I did the googling.

You're not a woman. Do it. Have the child NOW.
