The pilot of "Sex in the City" said exactly this, and called it the "Mid 30s power flip".
Some great truth bombs in the material the original author wrote (she was a lesbian). It was later the show slid into rom-com soap opera, after they hired a ton of gay male writers.

The time to freeze eggs isn't 38, it's before 25, and she knows it. And egg freezing has a very high failure rate. It's *embryo* freezing that works well.

Women invented gardening. They discovered how seeds germinate while gathering as the men hunted. It wasn't "agriculture" until men's labor was harnessed (via property rights and the nuclear family) into the production of planted crops. Men did, however, bring in the suitable prey animals to the farm...
