what are your tips for staying consistent in life? In work and in self-improvement, I find myself letting the foot off the gas sometimes, so much so that I lose all momentum and even dig myself into a hole, at which point I get a wake up call and basically go full throttle just to catch up, and eventually end up burning myself out
