I've always had this problem with females, sometimes even with males. What's the best way to comfort someone without telling them what to do (read somewhere if someone's complaining about something, the worst thing u can do is to give them a logical answer). For example: a chick is complaining how her she messed up her hair (she didn't she's just emotional dumping) even though nothing change on it. What's the best way to respond? Can't explain it better, but I hope y'all will understand.
