This was originally posted at the WATGMA subreddit a few years ago by /u/anyoneinamerica, who later changed his username to @goodmansaysfuckyou. He seems to be in a coma lately, but we can keep some of his memory alive such as this post of his about the hell he went through. I'll do my best to keep the formatting he had, but I'm sure I'll miss the occasional italics or bold face. And yes, Independence Day was yesterday and not today. Cry me a river!
