Dave Chappelle’s Netflix special “The Dreamer” is largely about frame. In his conception, people in a social setting wind up in someone’s dream - the “biggest dreamer’s” dream ends up seducing, overpowering or otherwise engulfing the others - becoming the lens through which the group interprets reality for that period of time.
