I’ve no desire to be social anymore and lack libido I’ve been grinding a lot lately so been just crashing at home with 1/2 hours before bed I’m going no fap, unplugging my pc etc I seem to be addicted to politics on X I don’t post but I constantly read shit Millions of people on that app seem to have their shit together But I feel with me it’s giving me something to do that isn’t getting out there and exploring Would you delete it? Don’t need it right? Lastly is there anything else you could suggest that’s hacking me to make me like this?
