I am sure there are a few posts in this nature, but the last one I read was from a few years ago ; so thought I'd try a new one for a fresh perspective. For the guys who got in shape/ripped/jacked etc ; how did it affect your life? I am in the early stages but one thing I can't help but notice is women seem to touch me a lot more, some even almost brush up against me.
