I read that if you go over certain amount of protein you will fuck your kidneys, and one shouldn't go over factor 1.2g proteins.
That would mean extremely high fat content, is not crossing ratio of 1.2g doable?
How about fibres and calories intake, do you count them separately: fat, protein, carb, fibres?
Do you take bicarbonate / potassium / amino acids supplements to alleviate possible acidosis / pH balance nad muscle loss?
