First of all in no way am I trying to say people shouldn’t be confident, I think everyone should be comfortable with them selves. But for me for example, as I a kid I was never confident, however as I grew older got my body right, my career and other skills, from that work my confidence came. I see a lot of girls that are unattractive and also not that successful in other areas in their lives. However they walk around like they are a lottery win, again I support people feeling good about themselves. I’m just confused how they get this self belief from thin air.
