Fellas what is everyone’s experience of when they do best with girls, being shredded with 6 pack abs, don’t look big in a shirt or losing the abs but packing on some muscle mass? There is no denying that as a natural lifter it is next to impossible to have the best of both worlds unfortunately. Personally, I’ve never been ‘swollen’ have always suck around shredded.
