I’ve been doing manual labor jobs the past couple weekends and the confidence I have after finishing a job is crazy. I don’t think at all I just act. I noticed this difference after quitting my customer service job at Publix and starting a pressure washing business. I’ve felt my confidence shoot up the most after doing some small home renovation jobs. I’m associating confidence with increased test. Would it be because Im putting stress on my body?
