I know you're supposed to time the alpha behaviours with when she's ovulating and the beta behaviours with when she's not but come on. How are you supposed to actually know and implement that? Yeah I know when she's menstruating and she's probably ovulating 2-3 weeks after that. I keep getting the timing kinda random and I hate doing the beta stuff like cuddling so we just end up 100% alpha crazy sex for a certain time and then it just cools off for a certain time.
