Long story short, met this girl on Telegram. We talked all night one night. She told me a convincing story of growing up Mennonite and how she's never dated before. She says she's really into me and has never met anyone she liked like me. But she lives in AZ and I live in MI and she is working 80+ hour weeks at an understaffed hospital for the foreseeable future so we can't meet soon. She has told me many times she likes me and not to leave her on read but she goes forever without texting me. When I asked her on Monday how she's doing, she didn't respond until today and she merely responded
