I am really struggling socially and find myself being extremely self conscious and not confident. Been this way my entire life even when I looked my best. The only two things I have really improved the last two months have been stopping porn and eating a good diet. I cold approached girls during the summer when school started but I am too nervous too approach girls during the day. Anyone want to mentor me?
